Hostel

 

The college has separate hostel facility for meritorious girls and boys .students desirous of joining a hostel must obtain the application form from the warden .The duly filled in application form must submitted to the warden .The college reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any applicant .special indoor and outdoor games facility available to hostellers .Any student found guilty of indiscipline will be removed from the hostel.

PARKING

 

The college has provided a double storied parking place for staff and visitors. There is separate parking shed for students. The students will park their vehicles in their parking area only. Every automobile vehicle must be certified to be pollution free. Students must show their identity Card on demand to the attendant of the parking area .No one should leave valuable cash or important papers in the vehicle .The college will not be responsible for any such loss.

IDENTITY CARD

 
  1. One identity will be issued by the office to every student who deposits the fee. The student is required to fill it up completely,  paste its recent stamp-size photograph on  it, and submit it to the office (Window no. 1,Room No. 2)for the principal's signature and seal.  The student can collect the duly signed I-card from office after two days.
  2. The I-Card will be useful to students, not only within the college premises, but also outside. It contains significant information about the students(like his /her blood group, mark of identification &contact address in case of emergency
  3. It is essential for the student to bring his\her I-card everyday. Entry into class, library, parking and participation in other activities of the college will be allowed on the basis of I-card.
  4. The students are required to show their I-card to the staff, whenever asked to do so, failing which he/she may be asked to leave the college premises.
  5. The loss I-card must be reported immediately in writing, to the college office by the student. A duplicate I-card will be issued by the college office, after the student has deposited Rs30for it.

NON-RESIDENT STUDENT’S CENTRE

 

The college has constructed a separate building for recreation of non –resident students. This building also houses a well managed canteen for the staff and students of the college. A separate room is provided foe girls.

CELL AGAINST WOMEN HARASSMENT

 

In accordance with the directives of Rajasthan College Education Commisionerate, this special cell has been established in the college .It has definite objective to raise awareness among women employees and women students’ regarding their rights against any kind of harassment on the campus, and to take necessary measures to check it. Therefore, any complaint about harassment should immediately is brought to the notice of member of the cell.

   
 

A number of extension lectures and visits to different parts of city will be arranged by this cell to strengthen the position the position of women in the society, enhance awareness about their rights and their overall development.

   
 

A college girl’s council will be nominated on the basis of their seniority, past academic performance and talent to raise the girls involvement in the college activities

   
 

A meeting of all lady staff members and girl students will be held on the last working Saturday of every month to discuss their problems and explore solutions.

   
 

The college administration has taken a step and started a scheme to place all girl students under the guardianship of lady staff members. This will provide a healthy environment for the girl students to develop their talents freely. The girl students are advised to remain regularly in touch with their respective teacher -guardian.

STUDENTS’WELFARE CELL

 

This Cell extends valuable guidance to the students of this college (to the wards of staff )for their career .The cell also imparts information about the dates and procedure of various entrance examinations which are conducted by UPSC, RPSC, and other institutions of repute (including Medical and Engineering colleges and business and information technology schools.)

TEACHER GUARDIAN SCHEME

 

Students in small groups of about 20-40 are placed under the guardianship of one faculty member. The faculty member monitors their activities in the college and helps them in solving their problems related to academic and general matters.
