About Us
Bhupal Nobles’ Post Graduate Girls’ College, Rajsamand was established in 2006 with a core mission and vision for the empowerment and overall personality development of women through education. The college operates under the aegis of VidyaPracharini Sabha, Udaipur — a prestigious educational institution with a rich legacy of 103 years, established in 1923. The college is also affiliated with MohanlalSukhadia University, Udaipur.
It holds the distinction of being the First Girls’ Post Graduate College at the District Headquarter. The college has consistently demonstrated popularity among new admission-seekers as a premier institution of higher education in the State. It is moving ahead on the path of progress and growth with outstanding scholastic and co-scholastic results year after year. |

Sports Facilities
Our college is a proven powerhouse in athletics, celebrated for securing the prestigious General Championship along with many awards and trophies throughout the year! We offer comprehensive training in a wide variety of sports—including Badminton, Football, Basketball, Cricket, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, and Chess—all guided by skilled coaches. Students benefit from regular practice sessions to enhance their skills, and we proudly recognize our outstanding sports students. NCC (National Cadet Corps)
The college runs one unit of the NCC Army Wing. Cadets receive training in parade, firing, first aid, communication, signals, and para-jumping, with opportunities for trekking, mountaineering, and parasailing. NCC training instills bravery, discipline, and responsible citizenship, and also prepares cadets for scholarships, placements, and recruitment in army services.
NSS (National Service Scheme)
Guided by the motto “Not Me But You”, NSS encourages students to serve society selflessly and develop empathy. NSS organizes three compulsory camps annually, providing free lodging and boarding, while promoting awareness of social welfare and civic responsibility.
Red Ribbon Club
The Red Ribbon Club (RRC) raises awareness about HIV/AIDS and promotes safe, healthy lifestyles. Students are encouraged to participate in voluntary blood donation and become agents of change in HIV/AIDS programs.
Literary Activities
The college provides vibrant platforms to foster a deep appreciation for English, Hindi, and Sanskrit literature. Students from all faculties are encouraged to showcase their literary and creative talents through various activities. These include popular events such as poetry writing and recitation, essay writing, debates, and extempore speaking, cultivating well-rounded communication and expressive skills among our students.
Cultural Activities
Cultural activities are held throughout the year with the objective of developing the artistic talents of students, improving their teamwork capabilities, and raising their level of self-confidence in interacting with peers. A highlight of the year is the two-day Annual Cultural Festival, "Moomal," which features performances and often includes appearances by renowned personalities.
Fine Art & Creative skill Activities
The college offers a rich variety of creative activities, with distinct focuses provided by two departments. The Department of Drawing and Painting (Fine Arts) hosts activities for specialized artistic skill development, including face mask, face painting, clay modeling, and poster-collage. To enhance student exposure, this department organizes expert workshops on subjects like terracotta and watercolour demonstrations, facilitates educational visits to Art Fairs and Art Museums, and culminates the year with an Annual Art Exhibition. Concurrently, the Department of Home Science coordinates practical, traditional crafts such as salad decoration, rakhi making, mehendi, rangoli, gift-wrapping, and tye-dye.
Scholarship
The college is dedicated to supporting student success by offering a wide range of scholarships each year, awarded based on financial need, academic merit, or both. Students have access to funding opportunities sponsored by governmental bodies, private trusts, and alumni associations. Key sponsors include:

Placement Cell and its activities
This vital cell nurtures entrepreneurial spirit, enhances student skills through training, and actively works to secure placement opportunities for all graduates. The activities include career counselling, organizing workshops, mock interviews, and facilitating campus recruitment drives.
Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) and Ombudsperson:
Provides a robust and transparent mechanism for students to register any complaints or grievances. The Ombudsperson serves as an independent authority to ensure fair and timely resolution.
Health Facilities:
The college provides easily accessible basic health facilities and first-aid support on campus, ensuring immediate care for minor ailments and emergencies.
Internal Complaint Committee (ICC):
Dedicated to preventing, prohibiting, and redressing sexual harassment complaints, promoting dignity and gender equality on campus.
Anti-Ragging Cell:
