Minimum eligibility for the admission in all the faculties is 10+2 or the eligibility accepted by Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. |

Incase of the strength of students less than 10 in any subject then the continuation of the subject lies in the discretion of the college-administration, however on the wish of the student, she can be shifted to Bhupal Nobles’ Post-Graduate Girls’ College. |

Although no conditions of minimum percentage apply to the admission of Girls, students, yet the total admissions of the college are limited to the section/subjects approved in the institution in accordance with the merit list. |

There is the maximum strength of 60 students in one section for all the faculties’ study – courses. |

If necessary a student has to appear for interview. |

Merit list of only those students will be prepared whose forms are submitted in the office until the declared date. The forms that are deposited after the fixed date shall only be considered if there is vacant seat available in the any class/subject. |

Students after depositing the fee by the due date, have to be present according to the given time-table of the study-courses and have to get enlist themselves in the attendance-register by showing their fee-receipt and the identity-card to the teacher in the class.
Minimum 75% attendance out of the total classes held during the session is required by the student in each of the paper of the syllabus, which includes tutorials and practical periods also. |

Students are not allowed to receive their personal postages on the college-address. |

The Principal of the college has the power to reject the application-form without giving any notice. |

The admission will only be recognized if it is approved by Mohanlal Sukhadia University of Udaipur. |

Teaching in the college is scheduled to restart from 2nd July 2007. |

Before submitting the application-form make sure to read carefully the college-prospectus. |

The Call No. of the student shall only be assigned after the deposition of fee in the office.

The participation in any one of the co-curricular activities is compulsory and it should be mentioned in the application-form. |

Incase of the non- payment of the fee by the due date after being selected for admission, then the right of admission will stand cancel automatically. |

The Principal has the authority to reconsider the admission of those students who remained deprived of the admission due to the non-payment of the fee even after being selected. |

It is compulsory to enclose the following documents along with the application-form otherwise the admission fee will not be deposited and the admission can be cancelled. |

Original copy of Transfer- Certificate (T.C.) + two attested photocopies. |

Two attested photocopies of the mark-sheet of the previous year passed class. |
 |

Within the period of 15 days of the payment of the admission-fee, the change in the faculty/subject can only be done on the deposit of Rs. 50.The applicant will be given only one chance to change the subject if there is a vacant seat available in the faculty/subject combination. |

College is committed to benefit the students of all castes, religions, sections and states. |

A student found doubtful regarding her code of conduct will be dismissed from the college without any explanation-call. |

Incase of the occupancy of the available seats, the college administration can close down process of admission before the last, even though the percentage of willing students is higher than the quota of seats for admission. |

The students appearing for the supplementary examination have to obtain provisional admission and they have to submit the application-form before the due-date to reconsider their admission and there is no provision for any sort of weightage in the class-attendance after getting admission. |

Incase of being employed anywhere during the time of admission, a student has to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’. |
 |
Incase the registration of the student is not recognized by the university; subsequently the admission of that student will be cancelled automatically. |
 |
The attendance of the students is recorded in the attendance-register and it is counted from the date of the re-opening of the college since 2nd July 2007. |

The admissions in the college are directed by the admission rules of the Directorate of College Education and Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. |

Caution Money: |
| |
1. Caution money gets lapsed in favour of the college, if it is not collected by the student within a year from the time of leaving the college. |

2. Admission-fee (excluding the caution money) is non-refundable. |
| |
3. The caution money is refunded in the month of October during every academic-session and if it is not claimed then it lapses. |

ADMISSION RULES FOR NON-ELIGIBLE STUDENTS |

The following category of girl-students’ admission will be considered non- eligible. |
 |
The applicants against whom F.I.R. has been lodged by any authority, employee, lecturer or by any person of affiliated college/university and has been punished or penalized. |
 |
The applicants against whom a case is filed in the trial-court or has been released on bail. |
 |
A student who has misbehaved or has used unfair means during exams or has been debarred from admission in any faculty of the affiliated colleges or university or has been penalized for an offence. |
 |
A student who has committed any inhuman or cruel or heinous crime like ragging and has been convicted by the State Government Act No. F3/21/Education group 111/83 dated 3rd July 1984. |
 |
Incase any applicant’s physical disability obstructs the study of the specific course, then the admission in that particular subject can be denied. |
