The rules circulated from time to time by M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur for attendance in class, will be in class, will be followed by the college. |
|
The minimum percentage of attendance by M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur is 75% at present .The directives of commissioner, college education, Jaipur and Rajasthan high court will be uphold for both theories 7practical, in every subject. Students failing short of the minimum percentage may be refused permission to appear at the annual examination. |

Students of arts and commerce faculty, who are refused permission to appear at annual examination because of shortage of attendance may be allowed to appear as non collegiate, if they pay the requisite fee to the University. |
|
Attendance will be calculated from the date of commencement of studies in the academic session, irrespective of the date of admission of the student. Therefore are advised to register themselves for the admission to next higher class before 30 June 2008 (i.e. 2ndyear, 3rdyear and P.G. Final) even if the result of their previous class has not been declared. |

Not more than fifteen days’ benefit of attendance will be given to students who participate in any NCC /NSS / Rovering /Sports and Games /cultural /literary camp or activity. |
|
No relaxation of attendance will be admissible to students on medical grounds. |
|
It is the responsibility of the student to contact the professor concerned and find out about the status of his attendance periodically. |

UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION |
University examination will be conducted as per the time table drawn by the M.L. Sukhadia University. Admission card for university examination will be issued to a student only when he /she submits a “No Dues Certificate “ from NCC,NSS, Games and Sports ,library ,hostel ,Laboratories, cash section and other concerned departments of the college. No candidate will be allowed in the examination hall without proper admission card. |

In case a student feels unsatisfied by the marks obtained in the University examination, he or she can apply foe revaluation of the answer books in25% of the theory papers in which appeared. For this purpose he/she is required to deposit the prescribed fee along with the application form, the scheduled date. Further details regarding re- valuation can be obtained from college office during working hours. |
